White Tea (whole leaf)
The most basic and yet the most complex Tea. A refreshing cup - mild and delicate. The Bai Mudan is made of beautifully dried, large leaves in hues of yellow and soft green. The liquor, smooth and silky, exudes aromas of herbs, fruits and flowers. Its zesty finish is most refreshing.
Usage (brewing) recommendations: 1 Pyramid Bag per serving of one cup. Top up with water at first boil (100 Deg C). Subject to desired strength of liquor steep for 3/5 minutes.
