Cinnamon is the bark of the cinnamon tree, found in wet and warm climates. It is used for cooking all over the world, as well as for baking and making sweets and desserts. Cinnamon is one of the few spices that is edible without preparation. 

The cinnamon by Last Forest is grown and ground into powder by the indigenous communities of the Nilgiris.
