Slow Food is a global, grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions around the world. Our restaurant, Place to Bee is part of the Slow Food network that advocates local food in its menu. Learn more about Slow Food here.


The Participatory Guarantee System is a quality assurance initiative that is locally relevant, emphasizes the participation of stakeholders, including producers and consumers and operate outside the frame of third-party certification.
