Return and Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective products received.

• Incorrect product delivered.

Return Process:

• Ensure the item is returned with price tags, invoices, and in the original packaging.

Refund Timeline: Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, refunds will be initiated within 7-14 business days.
Cancellation Policy

We can accommodate an order cancellation request only if the product(s) has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please raise the request via email at response@lastforest.in or contact our customer care at +91 85248 72266.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will not be issued if the returned product is altered or customized.

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Replacement items will be refunded if out of stock.
