Amla, known as Nelli, Nellikai, or as the Indian gooseberry. It has numerous health benefits and is used both freshly fruit dried form. Amla is used immensely in Ayurveda and Sidhha forms of medicine. When mixed with shikakai and soap nut, it makes a potent hair wash powder, filled with the fortifying benefits of vitamin C, anti-dandruff properties, and anti-hair fall properties.

To use: Mix 1 part hair wash powder with about a half part water, until it forms a solid paste. Apply to hair, let sit for 20-30 minutes, and then wash out.
